Who are we?

Venue

AuthLab Connect 2025 took place over two memorable days, from January 16 to January 17, 2026, at the breathtaking Dusai Resort and Spa in Moulvibazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh. Surrounded by nature, the serene location provided the perfect setting for both focused discussions and meaningful relaxation.

Conference Day

The first day was dedicated to the conference sessions. We arrived at the resort around noon and were warmly welcomed by the staff. After check-in, lunch, and a short rest, everyone prepared for the main program and gathered in formal attire to begin the conference.

Leadership Address: Setting the Tone

The heart of the conference was the keynote session delivered by our CEO, Md. Shahjahan Jewel in the resort’s conference hall. His address focused on leadership, adaptability, and clarity of direction.

He began by reviewing the previous year’s performance, highlighting notable achievements, key learnings, and organizational growth. This reflection provided valuable context for understanding where AuthLab currently stands.

Looking ahead, he shared the company’s strategic vision and priorities for the coming year. A major part of the discussion centered on the rapidly evolving tech landscape, particularly the growing influence of artificial intelligence. He emphasized the need to stay aware, adaptable, and proactive in this fast-changing environment.

The speech also addressed internal growth, encouraging continuous learning, ownership, and agility within teams. Operational efficiency was another key focus, with an emphasis on improving processes, reducing friction, and building a more dynamic organization.

He concluded by outlining what lies ahead for AuthLab, including future SaaS initiatives, a stronger focus on supporting small businesses, and the gradual development of a sustainable ecosystem built with purpose and care.

• FluentCommunity empowered over 7,000 communities within just one year
• FluentCart supported 3,000+ WooCommerce businesses in only four months

In addition to these numbers, multiple AuthLab products received WPAwards 2025 across different categories. Our content efforts also grew significantly, with numerous blog posts published across all domains, and our plugins maintained an impressive 90%+ five-star rating on WordPress.org.

After a short refreshment break, the award ceremony began in the evening. These awards reflected our commitment to acknowledging effort, consistency, and impact.

Long-term Service Recognition

A long-standing AuthLab tradition is celebrating the loyalty of team members who grow with us over the years. This year, five colleagues proudly completed five years of their journey at AuthLab. A milestone that reflects trust, commitment, and shared progress. To honor this achievement, each was recognized with a special gift, symbolizing our appreciation for long-term dedication, career growth, and the enduring relationships we build as a team.

Profit Distribution

One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the distribution of the company’s profit share among all employees. This act reflected AuthLab’s belief in shared growth and collective success. The joy and pride across the room perfectly captured the spirit of the event. The day concluded with dinner, followed by relaxed conversations and laughter back at the cottages, bringing a warm and fulfilling end to the conference day.

Cultural Day

January 17 was dedicated entirely to enjoyment and bonding. The calm surroundings, fresh air, and natural beauty of Dusai Resort set the mood for a refreshing day.

Team Photoshoot

After breakfast, everyone changed into official AuthLab sweatshirts for a team photo shoot. Across the resort grounds, team-by-team photos captured unity, energy, and shared pride, resulting in some of the best group photos we’ve had.

Games and Fun

The day continued with games and sports, drawing enthusiastic participation. Winners received exciting prizes, while others enjoyed leisure time by the pool. After lunch and rest, the evening resumed with quizzes and fun games. An office-themed quiz brought laughter and nostalgia, followed by an energetic round of Dumb Charades that filled the hall with cheers and excitement.

Cultural Performances

The cultural night featured singing, dance performances, and a powerful drum performance. We also celebrated the Marketing Team for winning the annual inter-department football tournament, lifting the championship cup in a proud moment.

Food, Atmosphere, and Final Day

Our stay at Dusai Resort was exceptional, from daily buffet meals to outstanding desserts. The calming environment left everyone refreshed and energized. On January 18, 2026, we checked out at noon and returned home safely by 2:00 PM, bringing the event to a close.

Final Thoughts

AuthLab Connect 2025 was more than a gathering. It was a moment of clarity and direction. Beyond sessions and celebrations, it became a space to set intentions, strengthen trust, and align around a shared vision for the year ahead. The event reaffirmed our purpose.
