Yes, you can upgrade your license plan. You’ll only be able to upgrade to higher pricing tiers (e.g., 1 → 5 → 15 → 50 sites).

We’re offering only a limited number of FluentAffiliate copies. Once these reserved spots are gone, the lifetime deal will end.

Can we pay monthly for the 15-license deal?

No, only the 50-site plan supports split payments. All other tiers require one-time payments.

Will there be a lifetime deal for all Fluent plugins?

No, each Fluent plugin is large and resource-intensive, making a bundled lifetime deal too expensive. Products are sold separately with individual LTD or annual pricing.

Will FluentAffiliate have a ‘refer a friend’ feature like ReferWP?

The team will review AffiliateWP’s “Refer-a-Friend” add-on and consider implementing a similar feature, but no commitment has been made.

How many e-commerce platforms work with FluentAffiliate?

Currently, we have deep integrations with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), FluentCart, and SureCart. We also integrate with all popular LMS and membership platforms. We will add more based on customer requests.

Will FluentCart support the same commission rules as WooCommerce?

Yes, we currently have the same conditions in FluentCart as in WooCommerce (category-based and product-based). We plan to add more granular control based on feedback. We will also publish programmatic access for developers to manage rates.

Do WP users have to register again in FluentAffiliate?

No, existing WordPress users can activate their affiliate account with one click by providing missing info (e.g., payout email). Accounts can be auto-approved or pending based on admin settings.

Does the dedicated front end work with Elementor?

Yes, the affiliate dashboard uses shortcodes and Gutenberg blocks, compatible with Elementor, Gutenberg, or any page builder.

Will FluentAffiliate have lifetime commissions like AffiliateWP?

Not currently, but it’s planned for release in a few weeks to a month. AffiliateWP lifetime commission data migrates, but the feature isn’t yet supported.

Will it be possible to pay affiliates with PayPal?

Yes. FluentCart Yes, currently via manual CSV export and processing. PayPal API support is planned but may incur 2–3% fees, depending on the country.

Can Fluent Forms give referrals or discounts instead of commissions?

The team is exploring store credit or discount integrations. It’s complex, requiring the plugin to act like a payment gateway. Integration with existing wallet/store-credit plugins is possible if available.

Can I pay affiliates via bank, PayPal, or crypto?

Yes, via manual CSV export and processing. Automated Stripe payouts are planned; PayPal and crypto remain manual due to fees or technical constraints.

Can it work with bookings or services (not just products)?

Yes. FluentCart uses its own Yes. FluentBooking is already integrated. If someone books through an affiliate link, the commission will be tracked.

Are FluentAffiliate shortcodes ready for an AffiliateWP transition?

Yes, shortcodes and Gutenberg blocks are live and work with migrated AffiliateWP data. Support is available for large migrations, with planned documentation for handling extensive data.

Will FluentAffiliate have a webhook or API system?

Integration with FluentCRM exists. Webhooks and APIs, including for payouts, are on the roadmap, with the Stripe API as a priority.

Will FluentAffiliate support subscription renewal commissions?

Yes, planned for 1–2 months with granular controls (e.g., rate changes over time, such as 50% for the first month, then 40%).

Can commission rates change over time (50% for 30 days, then 10%)?

This is part of the subscription renewal feature in R&D, planned for release soon.

How does affiliate grouping and commission flexibility work?

You can create affiliate groups (e.g., VIP affiliates) with custom commission rates. Commissions can be set globally, per group, per product, or per category, supporting flat rates or percentages.

How are payouts handled in FluentAffiliate?

Payouts are currently manual, with data exportable as CSV for processing via PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, or other methods. Automated Stripe payouts are planned once Stripe’s new Payout API is public, expected within 1–2 months or next quarter. PayPal API support may be added, but it incurs 2–3% fees, varying by country.

Can existing AffiliateWP users migrate to FluentAffiliate?

Yes, FluentAffiliate offers a migration tool to transfer all AffiliateWP data (transactions, visits, affiliates) with 100% accuracy. The team migrated millions of records during development. Support for SolidAffiliate and Affiliate Managers migrations is planned.

Is there a “landing page” feature for affiliates?

Yes, already available. You can assign a dedicated landing page to an affiliate using a shortcode. Visitors to that page are automatically tracked as referrals without needing a referral link. This feature is documented.

What about fraud prevention?

FluentAffiliate includes fraud detection, such as blocking self-referrals, rejecting invalid or refunded orders. Options allow disabling self-referrals and excluding shipping/tax. Additional fraud prevention features may be added.

Does FluentAffiliate support recurring commissions for subscriptions or renewals?

Not yet, but it’s on the roadmap for 1–2 months. Planned features include flexible controls, such as full commission for the first year, reduced rates for renewals, or options like “first renewal only” or “X renewals at different rates.”

Does it work with FluentBooking (for meeting/booking referrals)?

Yes, affiliates can share FluentBooking links, and commissions are earned if a booking is paid. It supports goals beyond product sales, like bookings or services.

Can affiliates see customer names from referrals?

By default, no, only product details are shown for privacy. Admins can view all customer details. A hook allows site owners to enable customer name visibility with custom code.

Does FluentAffiliate support crypto payments for payouts?

Indirectly. Payout data can be exported as CSV and processed via crypto payment systems outside WordPress. Direct automated crypto payouts are not supported. If the e-commerce platform supports crypto for sales, it works, but payouts remain manual.

Is documentation for FluentAffiliate available?

Yes, comprehensive documentation is available at docs.fluentaffiliate.com, covering setup guides, feature usage, and developer instructions. Tutorials for all features are live or being added.

Will FluentAffiliate support custom affiliate slugs?

Planned for possible release by the end of next month. The database is designed to support custom affiliate slugs.

Can affiliates use branded coupons?

Yes, can create branded coupons in WooCommerce/EDD/FluentCart and assign to affiliates

Can I set different commission rates per product or category?

Yes. FluentAffiliate supports default, group-based, product-specific, and category-specific rates.

Can affiliates track their own performance?

Yes, affiliates have a dedicated portal to view referral links, branded coupon codes, visits, conversions, payouts, earnings, recent referrals, payment history, and update personal information.

Is there dark mode?

Yes, in the admin dashboard. You can easily switch between dark/light mode.
